Labor Day Recital to start Northwest season performances

Northwest Missouri State University music faculty will kick off another season of performances Monday with their annual Labor Day trumpet recital.

Professor of music Dr. William Richardson and Dr. Jiwon Choi will take the stage with the trumpet ensemble featuring music by Claude Debussy, Joseph Turrin and many more.

The recital is being held Monday, September 2nd at 7:30 p.m. in the Charles Johnson Theater at the Olive DeLuce Fine Arts building. The recital is free and open to the public.
